We value and respect our users’ privacy here at  FBEX Inc .  / (website) ( hereinafter referred as “we,” “us,” or “our”) . This privacy statement (“Privacy Statement”) has been created to better serve  those who are concerned about how their personal information is used when they visit (www.fulfillby.expert/) / (“Website”). We recognize that this is  a significant responsibility, and we work hard to protect your data and put you in control.

This  Privacy Statement is intended to assist you in understanding what information we collect, why  we collect it, and how you can update, manage, and delete your information.

 1.1 Interpretation

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they  appear in singular or in plural.

This information is used to create an invoice for shipment .

 2.2 Email: When you sign up for our website , we will ask you for your email address. This  information is used to verify your account and to communicate with you regarding updates and  promotional offers.

 2.3 Location: We may collect your location information, such as your city or region, based on  your IP address or other location data provided by your device. This information is used to  provide you with relevant content and services based on your location.

3.6 Fraud Prevention and Credit Risks Evaluation – We use personal information to protect users, suppliers , FEBX, and others. We may also use such information to evaluate credit risks with scoring.

 SECTION 4 :HOW DO WE PREVENT DATA BREACH ?

4.1. Authentication and authorization: We provide a built-in authentication system that allows users to securely log in to your application. It also has an authorization system that can be used to restrict access to certain parts of your application to authorized users only.
4.2. Input validation: We provide a number of tools for validating user input to prevent malicious code or SQL injection attacks.
4.3. Encryption: We have built-in support for encrypting sensitive data like passwords and other user information.
4.4. Password hashing: We use the crypt hashing algorithm by default to hash user passwords, which makes it more difficult for attackers to access the plain text password.
4.5. Cross-site request forgery (CSRF) protection: We include built-in protection against CSRF attacks, which can help prevent unauthorized access to your application.

Section 6 : Are children allowed to use our service? 

6.1 Our website and service are targeting adults only (referring to citizens aged 18 or over shall be considered adults, or citizens aged 16 or over but not yet 18 whose income from labor constitutes their principal means of support, as different countries or regions have different definitions of adulthood). Children should not create accounts without the consent of their parents or guardians. We do not sell products for purchase by children. We sell children’s products for purchase by adults. We only collect personal information from children with the consent of the child’s parents or guardian. Such information will only be used or disclosed under applicable laws, with the explicit consent of the child’s parents or guardian, or for protection purposes of the children.Relevant data will be deleted once we discover that we have collected personal information of children without the consent of the child’s parents, or guardians.

SECTION 7: UPDATIONS:

 7.1 This privacy statement may be updated from time to time. If we change this policy, we will  post the updated version on the platform or send it to you via another method, such as email. To the extent permitted by applicable law, your use of our platform following such notice constitutes  your consent to any updates made to this policy.

SECTION 8: ACCOUNT AND PERSONAL DATA DELETION

 8.1 User’s Discretion: Notwithstanding the terms, the user may request to delete the account as well as any personal data stored on our website by sending an email to hey@fulfillby.expert 

The request may take up to working days to be processed by our organization. However, once the account is deleted, the user will no longer be able to access any of the services. 

8.2 Website’ Discretion: It should be pertinent to note that this website is designed only for users who are above 15 years of age :Therefore, we may exercise our discretion to delete any account in the event that the user is found to be below the age of 15 or any other irregularity or in light of suspicious cyber crimes. 

SECTION 9: YOUR DATA PROTECTIONS RIGHTS UNDER RELEVANT LAWS IN USA , UK AND EUROPEAN UNION  

 9.1 CALIFORNIA RESIDENTS: YOUR CALIFORNIA PRIVACY RIGHTS

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 :

 As amended by the California Privacy Rights Act of 2020 (“CCPA”), California residents have certain rights around FBEX’s collection, use, and sharing of their personal information.FEBX does not  sell your personal information and will not do so in the future without providing you with notice and an opportunity to opt-out of such sale as required by law. Similarly, we do not offer financial incentives associated with our collection, use, or disclosure of your personal information. 

Accessibility & Correction: As of January 1, 2023, you have the right to opt-out of sharing your personal information with third parties for the purposes of targeted behavioral advertising, which you can do here hey@fulfillby.expert .

FEBX collects various categories of personal information when you use the service, including identifiers, commercial information, internet or  other electronic network or device activity information, Geo-location data, and professional information. A more detailed description of the information FEBX collects and how we use it is provided above in Section 2 (Information We Collect and How We Use It). If you are a resident of California, you have the right to request to know what personal information has been collected about you, and to access that information. You also have the right to request deletion of your personal information, though exceptions under the CCPA may allow FEBX to retain and use certain personal information notwithstanding your deletion request.

As of January 1, 2023 you have the right to request correction of inaccurate personal information and to request to limit disclosure or use of your sensitive personal information. Please note, however, that any right to request correction is limited by the legal rights of FEBX and its users relating to content on FEBX ’s platform, including without limitation legally protected rights related to freedom of speech, freedom of the press, or freedom to information.  You may also send your request by email to hey@fulfillby.expert .Information on the number of  requests FEBX has received in California is available through FEBX ’s Support Center. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights under the CCPA.

 An agent may submit a request on your behalf, but you must verify that your agent is authorized to do so. FEBX does not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16 years of age.Separate from the CCPA, California’s Shine the Light law gives California residents the right to ask companies what personal information they share with third parties for those third parties’ direct marketing purposes.

 We do not disclose your personal information to third parties for the purpose of directly marketing their goods or services to you unless you request such disclosure.  9.3 VIRGINIA RESIDENTS: YOUR VIRGINIA PRIVACY RIGHTS (Effective January 1, 2023)

FEBX may engage in “targeted advertising” as that term is defined in the CDPA. As of January 1, 2023 you have the right to opt-out of targeted advertising here. 9.4 COLORADO RESIDENTS: YOUR COLORADO PRIVACY RIGHTS (Effective July 1, 2023)

9.6 THE CHILDREN’S ONLINE PROTECTION ACT (COPPA) (sometimes shown as the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Rule, still with the COPPA acronym) (Effective date 2000)

It is a federal privacy law in the United States that was passed in 1998 and came into effect in 2000. It has since been revised a number of times by the Federal Trade Commission (FTC). It protects the personal information of children under 13 years of age and requires website and online service operators to obtain parental or guardian consent for the collection of that personal information. 

9.7  PRIVACY POLICY ADDENDUM FOR UK and EU RESIDENTS .

This section is intended for compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”). If you are a resident of or located within the United Kingdom or European Economic Area (EEA), you have certain additional data protection rights. These rights include:

Legal Basis for Processing Personal Information Under GDPR

In most instances, FEBX  is a processor of Personal Information; however, in some instances, FEBX  may be a controller of Personal Information.  FEBX ’s legal basis for collecting and using the Personal Information described in this Privacy Policy depends on the Personal Information we collect and the specific context in which we collect it.

 FEBX  uses your Personal Information as set forth in Section 2 above, and also may collect or process your Personal Information because:

  • We need to perform a transaction or contract with you or provide a service to you;
  • You have given us or another party for whom we provide services the permission to do so;
  • The processing is in our legitimate interests and it is not overridden by your rights; or
  • To comply with the law.
